Nothing like seeing a project through to completion! The Historical Society of Bay County recently celebrated that kind of pride.  On October 10, 2023, the Historic Clock, ravaged by the winds of Hurricane Michael, was placed atop a pedestal at Four Points Plaza and rededicated to the citizens of Panama City.  The McClintock Bracket Clock first began its life in 1926 when it was mounted on the First National Bank building at the corner of First St. (Beach Dr.) and Harrison Avenue. The bank directors noted that it "was an expression of our appreciation of the splendid support we have received from you..."
